Order ability rule

Hello

We have two Units.  eg. 1) M

                                    2) G. Earlier we have only 'M; and 'G'  we added later on.

Set up

Sysadmin > Profile > OE: Item Validation Organization  = 'M'

Order management > Set up > System Parameter > Values > Item validation unit =  'M'

On creation of  Item order ability rule for Org 'G'  I need to change Order management > Set up > System Parameter > Values > Item validation unit  from 'M' to 'G'

and I can add Order ability rule for 'G'.

Once I change  Item validation unit  from 'M' to 'G'  the users working in unit 'M' are unable to query/add Orders.

Pl advice any more set up is required/missing.
