Issues with FDM workbench client (11.1.2.3)

Recently, are facing issues in registering the fdm adapters in workbench client. However, we had succesfully registered this in the past. There is no clue of errors in event viewer.

Can anyone help me out in this? Attahed is the error when trying to register the adapter.
