we are getting the following alert frequently in our OEM12C Setup which monitors the siebel servers.

EM Incident: Critical:Work in progress:WfProcBatchMgr_Workflow_miasblap02p_VZTPROD_miasblgw01p.vtitel.net:Siebel Component:SBL - Average connect time is 123, crossed warning (60) or critical (120) threshold.

May I know what needs to be checked apart from checking the server status and the component status ?
