EBS R12 Setup

We have EBS R12 implementation scheduled next month.

Our plan is to have the following setup

1) Two physical servers APPS and DB  for PROD - HP DL 380G9 12C/2P 256GB RAM

2) Test and Dev will be on one pHysical server with 4 Virtual Servers (TESTAPPS and TESTDB on OVM1 and DEVAPPS and DEVDB on OVM2) - Same server config as PROD

How can we achieve the APPS and TESTAPPS in sync also DB and TESTDB.

We have almost all modules including OM, WMS, HRMS etc with 100 concurrent users.

We would like to know the config highlighted are fine or do we need to make any modifications.
