Creation of PPR for multiple OUs using single Multi-Org responsibility

Hi Experts,

We are using Oracle R12.1.3 and is it
possible to create PPR for multiple OUs using single responsibility.
For Example:
Responsibility :-  'Global Payment Manager' ( Having Multi-org  set) 
Operating Unit :- UK1 :- in UK  ledger, UK2 :- in UK ledger, ES1 : Spain ledger

so is it possible to create payments for
UK1, UK2 and ES1 using responsibility 'Global Payment Manager'

If yes, how we will achieve the same and where do we select the OU for it while creating payment batches.
