What is the planning module for Nonmanufacturing Modules (Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Managemen

I just want to know what would be the best planning module if you only have inventory, order management and purchasing modules.

We have experienced using Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) module for OPM and Discrete Manufacturing but what would be the best counterpart of ASCP module for nonmanufacturing modules.
