Relocate rac one node in OEM 13c takes a long time to register new monitoring configuration

After relocating a RON on a 4 node exadata, the status in OEM 13c (with latest bundle patch 161018) is down for at least 30 minutes, but I have sometimes waited for hours while OEM gets going to register the correct configuration.

The Listener Machine Name (under monitoring configuration) is also not correct. We have 1 scan listener address for all nodes, but OEM fills the listener name for the local node.

Anybody know what the mechanism is that OEM is using to configure a relocated database?
