[ins-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validation failed

Hi,

While installing Oracle 11.2.0.4 on server RHEL 6 64 bits, getting error [ins-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validation failed.

I set the permissions already for the user and tested it, with making a document and remove it after creating. But what I try, it won't work.

Please provide any remedy for resolving this issue.

Note:

Installing: Oracle 11.2.0.2 was not a problem on this server
