ARM Data Load error

Hi.

I am currently implementing ARM 11.1.2.4.0.79

When trying to do a data load, we get the following error

In the ARM error logs, I see the following error: :Insufficient role error. Check to see if the user has both FCM and LCM administrator roles.

I am provisioned as an admin for ARM already.

Please shed some light on this.
