After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 OAF Page with the Advanced Table Update Misbehavior

Dear All,

Issue back ground:

1. Recently upgraded eBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 and the profile "FND: Enable Rich Table Interactions" is set to YES at Site Level.

2.User toggled the OAF Table region fields(12.2.4 feature) , which in turn created personalization (Confirmed from JDR Tables).

3. User updates one record or creates a new record, then system updates WHO columns for all the records( LAST_UPDATE_DATE, LAST_UPDATED_BY and LAST_LOGIN)

4. After deletion of the above personalization or NO Personalization, then the system behaves in correct way, it updates only the intended record.
