Create Reservation on on-hand quantity inventory as soon as a work-order is released

Hello Gurus,

We have a scenario as a client requirement where we need a soft reservation(reservation on the quantity only) on the components of a BOM as soon as a work-order for the BOM is created and the status is changed to released.

For Eg:- there is BOM B1 and the components for the B1 are C1 and C2.

Onhand Qty for C1 - 500

ATR Qty for C1 - 500

Onhand Qty for C2 - 500

ATR Qty for C2 - 500

BOM B1 Definition

C1- 1

C2 -2

Say now a work-order is created for B1 for 100 ft.

then Material Requirements will be C1 - 100 ft and C2 200ft.
