R3465 Sales data extraction

Hello,

To R3465 function correctly how much old data is needed in F4211 ?

Please note - we will manually key-in sales orders.

Also does it required that sales orders must  be ship confirmed ( actual ship date in F4211 updated) so that R3465 will consider them as demand ?
