User defined Work Order statuses based on OU

Hi,

What is the best way to handle User defined Work Order statuses based on OU (or IO)?

The client have 3 OUs that use EAM but the Work order statuses are different between each other, one organization doesn't want to see the others Work order statuses.

Any idea?
