pending Wip transactions

Hello

we have an issue since 2 months were we have wip resource transactions coming in at 23.58 hr  at sept 30th (last day of hte month)

at the last day of the month

than the cost manager runs and puts them in the pending transactions screen with a status of pending but with a date of first of october, no error nothing , jsut status of pending

we can not close the current period because of this issue as there are pending trx

so we have to open already the next period to be able to close the previous period

is this normal behaviour ??
