Hi ,

I received below warning mail from Oracle CRM on Demand application. I understand that we can delete the list of records that are no longer necessary from the application in order to avoid below issue. I believe this issue can impact functions of application adversely if not resolved on time.

Can you please provide me with some guidance about what these records are and how they are used in the system?  Is it customary to purge old records after a while and How?
