Mexico Localization: Fetch from Cache F76MUI411 failed

I am running P0411|ZJDE0001, when i enter new voucher and press 'ok' it navigates to P76M411; Withhoulding Additional information - Revision form.

There i am getting error "Fetch from Cache F76MUI411 failed", after my analysis i understand that the data is not added to cache.

In application P76M411|ZJDE0001 the PO values is '1' but still the issue did not resolve.

Am i missing any other setup?
