CRM desktop installer for 3.9.1.55

Hi,

Installer for CRM Desktop 3.9.1.54 and 3.9.1.55 are same?

When I downloaded patches for CRMD 3.9.1.54 (Patch - 23307742) and CRM Desktop 3.9.1.55 (patch - 24655271), patch for 3.9.1.55 doesn't include.msi files.
