E1 Rejecting PO line to Approver N-1

Hi Group

Consider  a approval routing with 3 approvers, PO is approved by approver 1 and approver 2, when rejecting PO by approver 3), document returns to requestor. The need is to return the PO to approver 2 when approver 3 rejects.

Any way ?
