IP16 using Multiple Local Database Instances

Hello,

We have been using until now Siebel  IP16 (+Oracle XE) with only one Local Database Instance. Now, because we're starting Development for a new Release, we need to have 2 Local Database Instances (the already existing one and a new one that we will use for the coming Development Release). Therefore I've been using the OracleXEConfig.bat as described on My Oracle Support, to classify the existing Local DB instance that i labeled with LOCAL_DEV2, then i made a new Setup to create a new Local DB Instance called LOCAL_DEV4. Here i encountered 2 problems:

1. The first problem is that when i created the new Local DB Instance with OracleXEConfig.bat, the old one (LOCAL_DEV2) was overwritten. I can not connect anymore to it with Tools. Also , when i tried to make a Test Connect to the LOCAL_XE ODBC source with SIEBEL/SIEBEL i receive the error like "ORA-12154 TNS: Can not solve the given Connect Identifier "

Howdy, Stranger!
