modifiers for applying discount on selling price and not list price

Hi,

we create/submit orders from charges tab on service request form.

We have set calculate price flag for activities to CALCULATE.

Some of the items we enter on charges tab are on price list with zero price.

These items we override on charges tab and want to apply discount for some particular customers. This is not working. this always comes as zero on order lines.

this probably because the list price is zero on price list.

For ex

Item 'A' on charges tab, we put the price (override unit price field) as 100. we want OM to have 22% discount for this item for some customers, but it comes as zero.
