Requirements for RAC db upgardation from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4

I have a 3-node RAC installed in HP-UX Itanium with ASM over SLVM. Grid and database version is 11.2.0.1 and I need to upgrade the database to version 11.2.0.4.

Do I need to upgrade the grid and asm installation also?

What is the latest patch version (in 11g) available for grid and asm?

The download size of db patchset 13390677 is about 7GB in zipped format..

Please help and share steps if available.
