Find and Replace in F4102 using R41805

Hello

I am trying to mass update F4102 ALKY (Planner field) from one planner number to another. I thought I could use R41805 to find the old planner number and replace it with the new planner number. The processing options however only allows to add an * in the Replace Planner Field.

I need to be able to accomplish the following:

Where MCU = 123, find all records for planner A and replace those with planner B. Is there another batch job that will accomplish this or can you provide more guidance on using R41805 to accomplish this?
