12.2 AIX Pre-Install Health Check

We are upgrading 11i to 12.2.5 on new servers.   We are running AIX 7.1.  Part of the checks we are running .

We have the following error message and can't pin point what it is complaining about.

A01400Got Software Tools?FAILED

RsyncElsewhere

Is it looking for rsync?  If so we have it and can execute it.

$ which rsync

/usr/bin/rsync
