Questions regarding upgrade requirements

We will be initiating a project to upgrade our databases from 11g to 12c and I would like our OSM application to be ready and aware of any possible issues we may encounter.

The current database version is 11.2.0.4, I am hoping to get exactly what version and patches the upgrade to 12c will entail and when I do I will update.

Our OSM application is currently 7.2.2.3.9 build 722 and our Weblogic instance is 10.3.6. Both are installed on Oracle SPARC T3-1 machines.

1. The OSM 7.2.2 documentation only lists the minimum requirements, are there particular patches for 12c that we will need to ensure our application still runs as it is?
