Beneficiaries not defaulting for Open Enrollment

Hello all,

We are preparing for Open Enrollment and all benefits are defaulting to what the employee currently has. However, their elections for Beneficiaries are not defaulting (the percentages). These are also not showing up on the pending and final benefit statements (they do show up on the initial statement). I've tried running the builds so that these default without luck.

Has anyone come across this issue?

Any help is appreciated.
