patch questions - zip file instead of jar

Hi, i need to apply OTM patches otm62_quickpatch_14162498.zip and otm62_quickpatch_14310318.zip but they comes in zip files but README says that you need to apply with java -jar <jarfile> there is no jar files inside neither zip files, can you please clarify how to apply those patches? My client is waiting for this patches to be applied.
