Domain selection in FC

Experts,

Post creation of global domain, while login in FC domain selection window not appearing.

I'm using RPAS 14.1.3.1 and AP 14.1.2

Created global domain using globaldomainconfig.xml. File looks like below.

<globaldomain>

        <path>/u01/rpas/APGD/domain/00/NL_AP</path>

        <partitiondim>mktg</partitiondim>

        <subdomain>

            <subpath>/u01/rpas/APGD/domain/01/ldom0001</subpath>

            <subpositions>11,16,29</subpositions>

        </subdomain>

        <subdomain>

            <subpath>/u01/rpas/APGD/domain/02/ldom0002</subpath>

            <subpositions>12</subpositions>

        </subdomain>

Is it a bug in this version or some settings needed. Any help will be highly appreciated.
