Hyperion ARM loading incorrect data

Our ARM setup is loading incorrect data for  290-13210-All  recon for Sep period.

Consider 290-13210-All, so here 290 is Division segment, 13210 is Account and All is site.

So while mapping above we have created a multidimensional mapping with " * " for mapping sites.

With reference to below screen shot actually the balance for 290-13210-All is 177,604.41 but ARM is pulling incorrect amount from Oracle EBS which is 202,775,81.

Now as a workaround we want to load the data 177,604.41 using a Flat file but when I load the data manually it adds up with the existing value of 202,775,81 and makes it 380,380.22

So I want help in deleting the incorrect balance which is being pulled from Oracle EBS i.e 202,775,81, how can I do that.
