GL Report By Account Number

Is there a GL report I can use that can pick up all of the segment5 (General ledger) accounts regardless of the other segment values? I tried the Account Analysis by doing a range from top to bottom but that didn't pick up anything...

I want to query by Ledger, Fiscal Year, and Amount.
