Hi Team,

We have defined a new lookup.

The lookup is registered as a form function in System Administrator responsibility.

The function is entered under a menu.

However, we are unable to access the lookup through the menu.

Error is thrown:  The Function is not available under the responsibility.

This issue is present only in 1 instance. Other instances do not have this issue.

Also, we could observe Compile Security Menu program was launched when the menu entry was added.

The program completed successfully.

The entries are present in table FND_MENU_ENTRIES_VL, fnd_resp_functions,Fnd_Compiled_Menu_Functions and
