Where to get License for maxrep v3.0

Hi,

The customer has bought a maxrep and license for 10TB:

Oracle MaxRep Asynchronous Replication with Application Protection - Integrated Software Option - per Terabyte Metric

My question is how does the customer get this license. I need to upload the license file to the maxrep. The customer has not received a mail with the licenses.
