Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Problem with applying a fix discount

The fix discount is not applied while a percent discount yes.

Is there any special condition for a fix discount to be applied?

Three different charge offers bought, in order to see if any of them will be discount by a fix discount.

The screens with the configuration in PDC and the effects in Customer Center in attachment.
