How can I import a XML file?

I need to be able to load a XML file into PeopleSoft Campus solutions.  I know that Profile and COD files are delivered as XML and there are processes in place to deal with those files.  I have a file from a different source and I need to be able to import.  File parser does not seem to be able to import XML, only CSV.  Is there any PeopleCode, AppEngine, or process that I could use?
