Adjust data in planning webforms

when I try to adjust data by percentage or by value for whole month in planning web forms , I see the below warning message : The area you are trying to adjust contains multiple levels in one or more dimensions. I would appreciate any help. We are using  Hyperion 11.1.2.4.005 version.
