Automatically split order line based on rules

Hello,

Wondering if there is standard functionality for below in 12.1.3 or above releases?

After the order is booked, automatically split the lines to stagger delivery dates. Ex: 300 Cartons split to 3 lines of 100 CTN. Each line w staggered request date every 30 days.
