How To resolve wrong Unit Cost of Items Under FIFO Costing Method For Items With Different Unit Cos

We are currently having issue with wrong unit cost of items under FIFO costing method for items with different unit cost.For example,I have an item called XYZ with two different unit cost and quantities: I have 200  units of XYZ @ 425 USD and another 1000 units of XYZ @ 430.50 USD. These quantities were added  into Oracle Inventory differently with their unit cost and when we ran Inventory Subledger report and Inventory Subinventory report  in Oracle Cost Management -SLA the unit cost for both transaction(Miscellaneous Receipt) is now 429.58 USD as against 425 USD & 430.50 USD using FIFO
