R12.2 Payables Payment Batch Payment Date defaults to yesterday in the calendar instead of current d

We upgraded to R12.2.5 recently and Payables has noticed a weird issue. When they go into the AP Payment Manager and start a new payment batch process, when they get to the payment date selection the screen will show todays date but when they go in to the calendar to change the date it defaults to yesterday.  It's odd. It's not happening on every computer, but most are showing the issue now. I thought it was a cache issue so I deleted their temporary internet files including cookies but it didn't make a difference.
