Unit cost updated incorrectly

Hello All

We are facing this issue for brazil. we are using weighted average cost. Transfer order is created where Product is shipped from US to Brazil and when the OT is received, weighted average cost looks fine. But when the landed cost is applied, weighted average cost for some of the items are increased drastically and cost was last updated by P7610B (Landed cost application)

Could you please help me with this issue? Thanks for your help.
