Discrete Job for sub assembly

For an ATO FG that has a Sub assembly under it, is it possible to have a discrete job created for the sub assemblies as well, when running the AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders I have tried using the Create Lower Level Supply - Auto Created Configuration Items and ATO Items
