orachk - duplicate parameter entries spfile

Hi

 

I'm running orachk on a RAC environment and running into the following error

Check:- FAIL => There should be no duplicate parameter entries in the database init.ora(spfile)

 

ORACHK  VERSION: 12.2.0.1.1_20160916

Oracle version: 11.2.0.3.0

All parameters are unique in spfile and reported via v$parameter ..... any thoughts?
