Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

adop phase=prepare FSCloneApply Error 255

After I have install EBS R12.2 in AIX 7.1. When I user adop to apply patch 10124646,cmd adop phase=prepare get error.

I check the adop log show error at adclone.pl and FSCloneApply (Instantiating the OHS Config) return Code 255.

Please help resolving this issue.
