After running Quick pay in Arabic Session its is giving ORA-01843 error, works fine in English sessi

Hello All,

We are facing an issue while running quick pay in Arabic session. The system gives error ORA-1843.

But when we run the quick pay in English session , it works fine.

Users are changing the session from Preferences region or logging directly in arabic.

Kindly provide inputs on the same.
