Why are my BI Publisher JDBC and JNDI Data Sources not migrated when I migrate my 11.1.1.7 environment into my new 12.2.1..1 environment using the  migration-tool.sh.

After the migration, in the BI Publisher Administration – Manage Data Sources screen, I just  have the default ‘demo’  and ‘Oracle BI EE’ JDBC data sources.

Yet the migration load log file indicates that it knows about the connections – at 00:07:10

2016-10-27 00:07:10 INFO    Change password for Connection pool: "XXXX".Yyyyy <oracle.bi.metadata.util.JAXBUtil$XudmlSAXHandler processConnPool>

Yet I have no JDBC or JNDI Data Sources showing the BI Publisher Administration Data Sources screen.

I note that  the penultimate line of the migration log file shows

Howdy, Stranger!
