What Oracle database versions are supported for the database repository with EM Cloud Control 12.1.0

I have Oracle Cloud control 12.1.0.5 installed and my repository database is 11.2.0.4.  I want to upgrade my repository database to 12.1.0.2.  Is this a certified combination?  I cannot find this information anywhere.  The certifications in MOS are not clear on this combination.  I think when I orginally installed Cloud Control at 12.1.0.3 the 12c repository was not supported.  And even when I upgraded to 12.1.0.5.  So is it now?
