An error occured while parsing the transaction element node Voucher/Shipment

Hello Community,

Can anyone help us on this error we are getting when processing an OTM transmission in JDE 9.2 with the R49T90 report?

The error we get is:

An error occured while parsing the transaction element node Voucher/Shipment

The XML file from the OTM transmission back to JDE does not have any tag named "Voucher/Shipment" in it
