User sees additional responsibilities when trying to upload Web ADI journals

User sees additional responsibilities when trying to upload Web ADI journals . Journals uploaded successfully. There is a recent upgrade happened 12.1.3 to 12.2.

In Sysadmin user has been assigned AP , AR and GL responsibilities. However while trying to upload journals user sees FA , iReceivables and other GL responsibilities which are not assigned to the user.

We are going live for a division this weekend . Any pointer /solution in this matter would be highly appreciated.
