Import XML files of different Object to siebel environment

Hi,

It a requirement to import XML files for some objects categories as "Reference data- LOV, user, etc.", "Data Map", "Action set and events" and many more.

The XML files has customized tags of integration objects and to import this files from one environment to other environment using some java data beans business service we want to have solution for this.

Which siebel Business services can be used to import this xml files (like EAI siebel adapter ) ?

Some XML files are from ADM type and other are of integration objects (EAI) there are different customizes tags in XML.

Please provide solution for this or any other option so that this can be executed external to siebel tools and Siebel GUI(without using this ), as this is for automation purpose.
