Shift blocking reason
When blocking a shift in EBS Dispatch Center (12.2.3+ I assume) there is a LOV from which the user (Dispatcher) can select a reason for the blocking.
This LOV is served by Common Lookup CSF_BLOCK_TRIP_REASON_LKP which contains 3 pre-defined reasons.
However we would like to add a few company specific reasons.
Question: is this lookup save for customer updates ?
I mean for sure we can update it since we know it.
But if this lookup since it is a "common" one may be treated by Oracle as "seeded" and may be overwritten by Oracle patches such user updates wouldn't be very useful.
