A/R payment terms - after days to pay how to add or charge a late fee

Using the A/R payment terms p is there a way to set on up to have a late fee be added or incurred after the due date has gone by?

Let's say the terms are 1% net 10 days due 60 days.  After say 65 days we want a late fee added or charged to the customer.  Can this be done?
