Enable Lot & Locator for an Inventory Org

Folks .... We have few Inv orgs which are non Locator & non lot controlled. Starting with at least 1 Inv Org we would like to turn on Lot & Locator controls. Please let me know if I am following the correct steps :

* Do a Misc Issue to make on hand balance zero for items assigned to the Org

* Update the Locator control attributes at Inv Org setup level (i.e. set to determined at subinventory level)

* Update the lot control attributes at Inv Org setup level

* Enter appropriate locators for all subinventories

* Update all item attributes related to to lot control

* Do Misc receipt to balance back in along with Subinventory/Locator (& Lot details for Lot controlled items).
